In addition, the FCA Digital VIP Support team or your business centre field representative are always available to offer unbiased program information or connect you with providers to learn more or schedule a demo.


How much does each certified digital advertising vendor charge?

Site package pricing depends on the provider and website package level desired. Visit the FCA Digital enrollment portal on Dealer Connect, Sales, FCA Digital to learn more.


Where will a customer be taken if they click on one of my ads?

All traffic is driven to your FCA Digital Program website.


Is participation in this program mandatory?

Your enrollment is completely voluntary.


How do I enroll in the Digital Advertising Program?

Go to DealerConnect Sales -> FCA Digital -> Bill and Enrollments to choose your provider and manage your budget.


How will I know I have successfully enrolled my dealership?

Upon registration, your chosen Provider will be notified and will be in touch with you shortly by phone and by email, to begin designing your digital advertising solution.
